For all orders above £50 within the UK, Urban Veda will provide you with FREE delivery.

 

Delivery Charges:

UK Standard Delivery: £4.99 via Royal Mail This service normally takes between 2 – 4 working days to arrive once dispatched.

UK Next day delivery£8.99 via DHL (if ordered by 1pm, excludes weekends)

Note: Orders placed between 01.00pm Friday to 01.00pm Monday (excludes bank holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day. (UK Only and excludes UK highlands and Offshore).

Royal Mail Strike Action: Please note during days of planned Royal Mail strike action, parcels shipped the days before, during and after the strike will be subject to delays. We apologize for any inconveniences during this time. See here for more information on strike action.

European Union: Price Dependant on Region. This service normally takes between 4 – 6 working days to arrive once dispatched.

Please note that you may be required to pay an additional customs charge depending on your destination country. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Spain, India, Italy and Bulgaria

Brexit Shipping Update: Please note that for EU customers there may be a customs charge added to your order when it enters the European Union. We want our EU customers to be aware of this potential additional charge and to let them know that they are responsible for paying it.

Returns Policy:

We hope you enjoy using Urban Veda products. However, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase; please return your product with a valid receipt / order confirmation invoice within 30 days of purchase. We will do our best to refund you within 10 days working days from delivery. Additionally, please include your name, address, order ID number and reason for returning.

We can process returns for Urban Veda products purchased from our website only, please note if you bought your product from one of our stockists, you will need to return/ exchange the product with them directly.

Incorrect or faulty items:

We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect items, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery, as well as recorded delivery costs to return the item as long as you enclose a till receipt for the cost of returning the item to us.

Unhappy urbanites:

If you choose to return an item for a reason other than it being faulty or incorrect; we can only refund your initial costs and not the cost of return to us. Please use recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refunds for shipping & returns will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Moreover, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
